Elodie is a senior consultant at The Food Doctor Nutrition Clinic in central London. (www.thefooddoctor.co.uk) In Bath, she practises two days a week at the Apthorpe Clinic in Weston (www.focus-on-food.co.uk)

Elodie studied at The College of Nutrition Education in Wokingham where she took a First Class degree in Nutrition Therapy. She is also a qualified reflexologist and holds a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Elodie believes that the modern preoccupation with appearance often leads to serious neglect over what goes on inside. Her firm belief is that true well being comes from the inside out.

There is much confusion over nutrition and Elodie sees a major part of her role as correcting where she can some of the many misapprehensions and educating her clients to make informed food choices.

It is now generally accepted that a well balanced diet is critical to physical and mental development from pre-conception onwards. With children and teenagers it is frequently the case that simple dietary adjustments can achieve significant and enduring behavioural and other improvements. It is for this reason that Elodie is delighted to be associated with BLTS.
